Great experience – installers Alex and John came out the same day I had contacted DSI for a quote – my existing door was installed pretty poorly by the previous owner and had huge gaps around the edges, but they leveled it out, fixed the door, installed the operator and all the accessories in a short amount of time and left no mess behind. All in all, a perfect experience and I would recommend DSI to anyone.

A spring on our garage door broke trapping two cars inside. It occurred in the middle of the afternoon. We had a major commitment that evening and needed access to a car. DSI got right on it. Did a temporary fix so we could get to our commitment that night. They made new parts and installed them next morning. It all took less than 24 hours. Perhaps not every call can be handled so quickly but it sure impressed us. Fast, considerate and competent with a polite and friendly staff. The work of DSI is greatly appreciated and highly recommended.
